D+D is a DOC Douro Red Wine which assemble the experience and knowledge of two different viticulture regions of excellence -Douro and Ribera del Duero (Emilio Moro). This nectar, of a so noble essence, is a super-premium quality wine, which presents an absolutely singular character and strength.
13,5% of alcohol
Grapes: 50% Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca 25% e 25% Tinta Roriz, exclusively coming from Quinta de Arnozelo (Douro Superior).
Tasting Notes: Deep carmine colour with blue Prussia nuances. It is intense and opulent in the nose, involved by attractive balsamic aromas, delicate floral notes and a refined touch of noble wood. In the mouth it has a strong and opulent taste, showing a powerful structure and an extensive touch. Smooth, velvety and with an harmonious combination between the fruit and wood. A long and desirable finish.
Process: Alcoholic Fermentation 28 ºC / 24 days. The wine remains 26 days in
pellicle maceration. Malolactic Fermentation in French oak barrels Allier. And ageing during 14 months in french Allier and american oak barrels.
