TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear and loaded ruby;
Aroma: aromatic intensity of spices, dried fruit and notes jams and chocolates;
Mouth: Good complexity, large well integrated and soft tannins. Elegant and long finish.
VINIFICATION
Grapes mechanically harvested within walking distance of the cellar.
De-stemmed grapes at the winery entrance.
Tanning fermentation in tanks with temperature control and post fermentative.
Aging in oak barrels French and Portuguese for 8 months.
CONSUMER TIP
Ideal with meals meat, sausages and cheese. Equally interesting to taste without food in good company.
