In the cellar. Stemming and crushing at low temperature, pressing in vertical hydraulic press, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 12ºC

Temperature Service: Serve at 10 ° C
Tasting Notes: Citrus-colored wine, elegant nose and expressive, with lime notes, apricot and some fresh vegetable. The palate is broad, fresh and fruity.
