Port Wine Graham’s 30 years Old Tawny – 4,5 Liters bottle
Graham’s 30 Years is produced from the highest quality wines that, after careful selection, are aged in oak casks of 534 liters until we reached the peak of ripeness. These wines are among the most demanding and challenging styles of Port. Producing it requires great skill winemaker and years of experience, both in winemaking well as in drawing of lots. It is essential to find the right balance between the delicacy and elegance which results from prolonged aging in cask and at the same time preserving the quality of the fruit, which lends this aged Tawny its structure and longevity. Aged tawny ports Graham’s reveal a distinctive character of dried fruit and delicious ripe raisins, and are exquisitely satin by aging in seasoned oak casks.
Tasting Notes
Light color, an amber with orange tones. A magnificently perfumed nose, with large class, displaying great variety of nuts. An excellent palate, ripe, concentrated, rich and silky, with notes of honey. Simply delicious, with a final persistent. An excellent alternative to Vintage Port at less formal occasions. Once opened, it saves you a few weeks.
Serving Suggestions
Graham’s 30 will surely make any lunch or memorable dinner. Goes very well with dark chocolate, but it is also delicious when enjoyed without any accompaniment – is an experience in itself.
