Bio – Organic Wine
Region: Beira Interior, Sub-Region of Castelo Rodrigo, Portugal
Terroir: Mediterranean continental climate region, with schist and sandstone soils.
Vines planted in the Douro International Natural Park, on the steep slopes where the Agueda river meets the Douro river, at an average altitude of 600 m.
Winemaking:
Vinified with organically grown grapes and prolonged skin contact which gives structure and longevity.
Aged 9 months in French oak.
Naturally stabilized wine, which may create deposits with time.
Proof: wine with garnet color and floral aroma of violets and red fruits such as blackberries, blueberries into a harmonious whole.
It goes well with meat dishes, game and cheese. Should be served at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
Alcohol: 12.5%
