GRAPES Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Barroca.
VINIFICATION The grapes from previously selected plots were transported in small plastic boxes of 22 kg and subjected to an rigorous screening the entrance to the cellar before being stemmed and crushed and transferred to fermentation tanks where stainless steel fermented at a controlled temperature for a period of 5 to 7 days.
AGING 95% in stainless steel vats. 5% in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Violet intense.
Nose: Great aromatic intensity of berries do Douro, of great freshness, and in perfect harmony with elegant floral notes.
Mouth: Home harmonious, evolving towards a balanced structure of wine, good volume, round tannins fine texture, and fresh notes berries Douro. Elegant finishes and with good persistence.
