The wine
Since the beginning, Quinta do Pinto has been bold in the selection of its
breeding, being a pioneer in several varieties. Launches Chenin Blanc, a rare variety in the wine-growing world and even more so in our country.
In this way, the farm shows a variety of unique and differentiating character with all the influence of our terroir.

The Vinification
At the entrance to the cellar, only the best bunches were selected by manual selection at the sorting table. Subsequently, a pressing of the entire bunch was carried out in an open spout. Must clarification by cold decanting for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature between 14 and 16ºC with indigenous yeasts.

The stage:
Stage on fine lees for 3 months.

Tasting notes:
Lime green color.
Attractive and intense aroma with citrus notes, white fruit, such as green apple and pear and hints of tea leaf.
In the mouth, the wine has a first fresh and mineral impact, which is later balanced by all its structure and complexity. It has a very long and persistent aftertaste, contributed by its salinity.

Serve:
Grilled fish, sushi, salads and pastas, cheese platters or simply by the glass.
