TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear and loaded ruby;
Aroma: aromatic intensity of spices, dried fruit and notes jams and chocolates;
Mouth: Good complexity, large well integrated tannins and soft. Elegant and long finish.
VINIFICATION
Grapes mechanically harvested within walking distance cellar. De-stemmed grapes at the winery entrance. Fermentation tanning in cuba.
Aging in oak barrels French and Portuguese for 8 months.
CONSUMER TIP
Ideal with meals meat, sausages and cheese. equally interesting to enjoy between meals in good company.
