Vineyard area: 8.0 Ha

This red wine comes from vineyards planted in schist soils at an altitude of 500 meters. The harvest was manual. Complete destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation at 25°C, and prolonged maceration.

Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes
Deep red color. Intense aroma, with notes of jam, where the raspberry stands out. Good marriage with wood. It is spacious and fresh. Firm and ripe tannins. Good persistence.
