This red comes from vines planted in schist soils and the harvest was manual. Total destemming, pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation at controlled temperature at 25ºC and prolonged maceration.

Aging for 12 months in French oak and American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
Deep red color. Intense aroma, with notes of jam, where the raspberry stands out. Good marriage with wood. It is spacious and fresh. Firm and ripe tannins. Good persistence.

Serving at 16º-18ºC
