Wine Quinta do Crasto Tinta Roriz Red 2015 – 1,5 Liters – Magnum

VINIFICATION: The grapes, from the best plot of Tinta Roriz Quinta do Crasto, were transported in 22 kg plastic boxes food and undergo a rigorous screening the winery entrance. After a step on traditional mill, the masses were transferred to a stainless steel tank with open top and mechanical Footpads where fermented for 10 days with controlled temperature.
AGING: In new barrels of 225 liters French oak for 16 months.
TASTING NOTES: Color: Ruby intense. Aroma: Good aromatic expression with notes of ripe red fruit, light cocoa, in perfect harmony with fresh floral notes. Mouth: elegant and seductive Home, evolving into a very compact wine, high volume and fine texture, which features silky tannins. Ends mineral, fresh and long finish.
