Climate: hot summers, dry and long. Short and mild winter with rainfall concentrated between October and February and occasionally strong in April. Privileged microclimate due to the proximity of the Atlantic enjoying mild and constant climate and the protection given by the Monchique mountains against the northernmost winds.
Winemaking: Cold maceration and alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks closed with controlled temperature of 18º.
Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
Color: Ruby accented with burgundy nuances.
Aroma: Red and Wild fruits ripe, some floral notes conferred by wild flora, particularly rock rose.
Taste: Very well rounded wine in its main organic components (acidity, alcohol and tannins).
Final: persistent, long and charming Final, dominated by soft tannins and slightly sweetened.
Gastronomy: Goes well with a good assortment of sausages and hams, pâtés of liver or duck, red or white meat and varied hunting,
or a good board domestic or foreign cheeses. Consume at 18ºC.
Save: In horizontal, dark, well-ventilated to about 16ºC.
