With a deep ruby red where everything is perfectly balanced with a refreshing acidity.
The nose goes deeper with notes of forest floor, graphite and tertiary aromas such as nuts, figs and vanilla.
In the mouth it is intense and complex, with firm and mature tannins that they are very well integrated into the wine and have a very long finish.
Rich in black fruits like black cherries and dried plums with notes of violet, black pepper, Mediterranean herbs like thyme.
The wine can age for another 20 years, developing plus tertiary notes.
Aging:
Maturation takes place in new and second-pass barrels for at least 18 months.
After blending, the wine rests for 7 months before bottling.
It ages for at least another 14 months in the bottle before being sold.
