Tasting notes:
Citrus yellow colour, aroma of lime, peach and white flowers, lively and refreshing acidity in the mouth, complex and a mineral and unctuous finish.

Wine concept:
A blend was made with the main white grape variety of Beira Interior, Síria, characterised by giving the wines a floral aroma and notes of tropical fruits which, combined with the Fonte Cal variety, which is exclusive to Beira Interior, characterised by its intense aroma and high alcohol content, produced a perfumed wine, with good acidity, refreshing and a long finish.

Technical information:
Grapes harvested by hand, selected from the best plots of the vineyard, destemmed and pressed, with the must fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature and aged in stainless steel tanks for 20 months, being bottled in June 2024.
