Tasting notes:
Ruby red color, aroma of ripe red fruit, round tannins and medium body in the mouth, fresh and persistent finish.

The concept:
The aim was to harmonize two regional grape varieties that complement each other. The elegance of the Jaen grape variety and the good acidity of the Trincadeira grape variety, grown in soils with little fertility and excellent sun exposure, resulted in an elegant wine, with a medium body, balanced in aroma and flavor.

Technical information:
Hand-picked grapes, selected from the best plots of the vineyard, destemmed and fermented with skin maceration together, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, aged in stainless steel tanks for two years and bottled in June 2024.
